Adel Tech Hermes Bot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Adel Tech Hermes Bot is used inside Adel Tech’s Discord server and related business communication channels.

The bot may process Discord messages, usernames, user IDs, channel IDs, timestamps, attachments, and commands that users send to the bot or in channels where the bot is enabled.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to commands, coordinate Adel Tech projects, generate reports, assist with business operations, and maintain conversation context for authorized users.

Third-party services

The bot may use Hermes Agent and connected AI/model providers to process requests. Messages may be sent to configured AI providers only for the purpose of fulfilling user requests and operating the bot.

Operational logs and conversation history may be retained for project continuity, debugging, audit, and business recordkeeping. Access is limited to authorized Adel Tech operators.

Credentials and sensitive information
